浅谈化学水处理设备衬胶损坏的修补

橡胶衬里被广泛用于火电厂除盐水及凝结水精处理装置中,但是随着设备使用时间的延长会出现,诸如橡胶衬里与金属脱离,橡胶与橡胶之间脱层,胶面起鼓泡、龟裂、针孔、等缺陷,对这些缺陷必须及时进行修补,否则将影响设备的使用寿命及水质.文章介绍了交换器橡胶衬里的常见损坏及修补办法.     

Production of MgO-type expansive agent in dam concrete by use of industrial by-products

A novel MgO-type expansive agent in a designed formula has been prepared with industrial by-products—magnesite, serpentine and dolomite calcined at 1150 °C for 1 h. The compositions of expansive agent were studied by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), DSC and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the results showed that the main phases were MgO, CaO and C₂S. The hydration of CaO to Ca(OH)₂ is quick and can be completed in 3 days in water at 20 °C, and MgO to Mg(OH)₂ is slow and about 57% MgO hydrates into Mg(OH)₂ in 180 days under the same condition, which is quicker than in water. The hydrations of CaO and MgO generate expansions in early and later age, respectively.     

A high‐gain dual‐band directional/omnidirectional reconfigurable antenna for WLAN systems

A high‐gain dual‐band antenna for the wireless local area network system is presented in this article. Two symmetrical linear arrays can be dynamically reconfigured that could switch radiation pattern with a switchable feed circuit between direction and omnidirection. The antenna can also be used for a pattern diversity antenna for the multiple‐input–multiple‐output communication systems. The design process for the antenna system is given, and the parameters and characteristics of the antennas are achieved by the method. Measured return losses, isolation, and radiation patterns are in good agreement with the simulated ones, which illustrates that the method is valid and the antenna system can be integrated with pattern reconfigurable and pattern diversity applications. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Luminescent and mechanical properties of the epoxy composites doped with europium complex

Reaction of 2,2′,2″-nitrilotris(2,1-ethanediyloxy)tris(benzoic acid) (H₃L) with europium (Eu) perchloride resulted in the ball-like nanoparticles of [EuL]·6H₂O which were characterized by elemental analysis (EA), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The prepared precursor was blended into the epoxy resin by different ratio (1, 3, 5 wt.%) to make luminescent nanocomposites. Lifetime measurements suggest that the luminescence of the composite maintains the efficiency of that of the pure complex. Tensile test was carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties of the composites.

约里奥·威勒海蒙（Yrjǒ Wiherheimo）和西蒙·海科拉（Simo Heikkilǎ）是芬兰目前非常著名的两位家具设计大师，他们彼此之间又是非常好的朋友与合作者，并先后担任了芬兰赫尔辛基艺术设计大学家具与空间设计系的教授。他们两人在对设计的理解，所坚持的设计原则及理念方面既有相同，也有一些分歧。     

自动化——印花企业发展的必由之路

中小企业用人难是一个普遍现象，虽说遇到了经济危机，闲下来的人多了些，可他们还是在努力寻求找到自己更为理想的工作。目前大多印花加工厂都还是跑版式的走台印花，劳动强度大，加上多数印花厂都是靠外加工生存的，客户们要活急，职工加班加点，一个印花厂想留住熟练工很难，因而人员流动量大。还有就是我们印花的批次多、数量大，手工印花的质量很难保持一致，残次品现象时有发生，也给企业造成了不必要的损失。     

Distribution of the carbide phase in the viscoplastic layer during the rotational friction-welding of various steels

The paper presents the viscoplastic phenomena observed during the rotational friction-welding process of high-speed steel M2 (AISI SAE) with carbon steel 1060 (AISI SAE). The structure, phase composition and distribution of the carbide phase in the friction plane and adjoining zones are examined by using optical microscopy (OM) with a system for quantitative analysis, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) in addition to EDS analysis. The experimentally-checked mathematical relationship is suggested for the calculation of the radial movements of the carbide phase, immediately next to the friction plane. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the microstructural and rheological appearances, a model of carbide phase distribution is also established in the viscoplastic and viscous layers in the area of the friction plane.     

表面活性剂在拜耳赤泥过滤中的应用

主要针对赤泥过滤时，添加适宜的表面活性剂，使拜耳赤泥料浆中的液体表面张力下降，从而达到降低过滤后拜耳赤泥浆含水率的目的。文中详细阐述了根据拜耳赤泥的特性，筛选拜耳赤泥过滤适应的表面活性剂，并深入地分析了三种类型的表面活性剂在拜耳赤泥过滤的作用和影响，提出了在拜耳赤泥过滤方面采用阴离子表面活性剂的研究方向。     

解决数学中一个未解之谜的新途径(英文)

传统有穷、无穷理论体系决定了与之相关的数谱为０零０—无穷小△有穷数∞无穷大，现有几代数学分析理论都是在传统无穷观中，在这样的数谱内思维的，这深层结构中的等价性决定了第二次数学危机无法得到解决。作者讨论了数学分析中未解决的新、旧悖论及传统无穷观中的缺陷，引进三种新数，即过渡小，过渡大和彦，构造一个新数谱：０零０—无穷小０＋过渡小△有穷数∞＋过渡大∞—无穷大∞彦。新数谱的产生是对“数”概念认识的一大飞跃，标志着新无穷观的产生及新一代数学分析理论的诞生。
